THE HEIGHTS RACING PROGRAMS

Become a Raving Fan of Snow Sports! From Child to adult, beginner to expert, recreational to competitive we have a program for you.

Our Snow Sports staff consists of CSIA, CSCF and CASI certified instructors from Level I through Level IV.

Ski, Snowboard, Freestyle or Race, please join us this winter. Details are available in our brochure or check with the Snow Sports desk.

14. VALLEY LEAGUE (6 to 10 years)

14.1 One Day Fee: $300.00 (Select Saturday or Sunday)

14.2 Two Day Fee: $500.00 (Saturday and Sunday)

Prerequisite: Must be able to get on and off the chairlift unaided and to ski under control at all times.

This program will provide an introduction to racing and freestyle on both days of each weekend. Participants will have 3 races, with emphasis on fun, and development of good technique Time trials are not required. Helmets are required at all times.

15. NANCY GREENE (7 to 10 years)

Fee: $770.00

Prerequisite: No race experience necessary.

This 8-week two days per weekend program focuses on team performance, skill development and having fun. Skiers must be able to get on and off the chairlift unaided and ski under control at all times. There will be travel to other ski areas approximately three times per winter. Helmets are mandatory. Full hard shell covering the ears.

16. K1 RACE TEAM (Ages 11 to 12 years)

(Preseason Camp is recommended)

Fee: $860.00

Prerequisite: No race experience necessary.

This 8-week two days per week-end program focuses on team performance. Racers will travel to other ski areas approximately 3 times, during the season. Helmets are mandatory. Full hard shell covering the ears. Regional ski clubs playoff at the end of the season.

17. K2 RACE TEAM

(Ages 13-14 years)

(Preseason Camp is recommended)

Fee: $860.00

Prerequisite: No race experience necessary.

This 8-week two day per week-end program focuses on team performance. Racers will travel to other ski areas approximately 3 times during the season. Helmets are mandatory. Full hard shell covering the ears.

18. “J” RACE TEAM (Ages 15+)

Fee: $860.00

Prerequisite: No race experience necessary.

Skiers can race for the first time. This 8-week two days per week-end program focuses on team performance. Racers will travel to other ski areas approximately 3 times. Helmets are mandatory. Full hard shell covering the ears.

19. FRIDAY TRAINING

Coach available for extra training on Fridays at Blue Mountain or Mount St. Louis.

Fee: $50.00 per day plus lift ticket. Minimum of 7 athletes required.

RACE PROGRAMS

	The AOS fee is included in the program fee.
	8 week race programs commence January 7 and come to a conclusion February 26.
	Daily race schedule is 9:30 to 11:30 and 12:30 to 2:30.
	Helmets are mandatory. Full hard shell covering the ears.
	Skiers must be able to get on/off the chair lift unaided and ski under control at all times.
	Racers will travel to other ski areas approximately 3 times per season.
	The 8 week, two days per weekend race programs focuses on team performance, skill development and having fun.
	Race Programs include the Race Banquet on Saturday March 3, 2012 and entry in to the Club Championship races on Saturday March 10, 2012. The Race Banquet will begin with awards at 4:30 PM followed by dinner. Non-Participants can purchase tickets from the Club office.
